Your holiday swag
Robbie started the Dear Santa thread, so were you naughty or nice???
Bike related would be best, but cool swag is cool swag.
This is a bit verbose for my tastes, but still a very interesting read thus far,

Soft like butta,

Okay, I purchased these for fo myself, a gift nonetheless,

Big time scores this holiday season. Vittoria Open Corsa Evo tires, new Lazer helmet, 5800 groupset, bunch O' chamois butter, some stinger waffles, and a passel of bike-themed t-shirts. My peeps take good care of me!

My Vanilla got an upgrade. How do you upgrade a Vanilla you might ask? Change out the Avid BB7s for mechanically actuated hydraulic brakes from TRP! Not only do they look WAY cooler but they stop even better with much smoother modulation than the Avids.

They were extremely easy to set up (after noodling with many mechanical discs recently) and bedded in a 30 mile ride. The best part? That annoying disc rubbing I could never adjust out or fix by trueing the disc is finally gone! Love 'em!

I also treated myself to a bunch of old French bits. Those will wait for another day.
Almost forgot: "Life Is a Wheel: Love, Death, Etc., and a Bike Ride Across America" and "Mountain Biking Connecticut".

I think I got maybe two things that weren't bicycle related. What can I say...I like bikes.

Christmas Eve I removed a seized quill stem that I've been struggling with for about a month now. I pretty much felt like Batman.
Key is to tape the whole headtube and stem up with electrical tape, fill the inside up with PB Blaster, and let it sit for a good week (or more) in a relatively cold area (preferably an outdoor shed).

These are my bike specific gifts that I requested.
These are supposed to keep my toes warm
This is for a bank robbery - by bike no less these will help me when I learn to build wheels
This will keep my hair neat and tidy (and my head warm)
These are self explanatory.
