Bikes: One of everything and three of everything French

Lovely bike! I agree with a little color in the bar tape, but perhaps more conservative. I might swap the black color stem and bars for polished aluminum too. Enjoy your nice ride!

There, I put on grey bar tape.
I like this more, but I'm convinced white would be th ebest option.
Anyways, very happy with the bike and it really seems to be a head turner!

Bikes: Custom Zona c/f tandem + Scott Plasma single

Not many Olmos in the US; first saw one in the mid-1970s.

Aesthetically I think it looks great. Have you serviced the hubs, bottom bracket and headset with new bearings and grease? That would be my next stop. It is fairly simple if you have a couple of the right tools or you can go to a bike co op to do it.

I think I've finally got some more info on the model;
this one looks very similar to mine, except that the brake line runs over the bar instead of on the inside:
Larissas Olmo | there is no "I" in cyclyng

So, could it be a SPeedy Gonzalez?
Thoughts please!
