Shout out to tunavic for turning what was supposed to be about 40 miles of Z2 into 77 miles of mixed-effort stuff, all through none of his own doing.
It seems like my Edge 520 picks Live Segments purely at random location-wise, but bear one common factor-- about 75% of them say "Victor B" at the top. And more often than not, I say to myself... Yeah, I'll give that a shot. Next thing I know, the 10.3 miles from Bonaminio Park to the end of the SART at Waterman Ave. has whizzed by in less than half an hour at an average of 21.2mph.
On Strava: June 1; 77.1 miles, 2,828ft, 17.5mph
Happened just a few days ago on Greenspot as well.

More awesome Strava doodads-- I'm sure other people know of this already and I'm late to the party, but I just discovered Strava Tools Race Shape EREA (Entire Ride Enclosed Area,) and while I cant imagine a single thing it would be useful for, it sure is neat.
You just plug in your ride URL and it tells you how big a shape you made with your ride. That's some trivia right there.

First two are of the broken/cracked crank. Third is the replacement. Decided to go to a shorter crank My fitter seems to think that there really is no reason not to other than a slightly harder lowest gear. I did two hill repeats last night and even though I've my wheelset on that has a 12-26 cassette i was able to climb without joint pain.

Lowered my saddle about 1/4 inch as I think I had it too high because I have been having some knots and muscle spasms in my hamstrings, calves, and the bottoms of my feet to my toes. Rode 14.5 miles on the trainer (smart trainer/simulator) and only notice some tingling in my toes and hamstrings, and not my normal knots.

I need to invest in whoever makes the cork tape for all the major manufacturers. The tape on my Madone made it almost 1000 miles. I have to stop crashing.

not sure if its a burn out or desire to see new thing that I normally just pass by. But earlier this yr I told myself to start hiking and goal is to hike Baldy by the end of the year. We'll see if that happens HAHA

Hill ride int eh heat yesterday. My Garmin recorder 107°F in a few different spots while climbing the hill. 3372 feet over 62 miles but about half the climb was in two big chunks, the rest was a gradual false flat. Almost no breeze to cool us off. https://www.strava.com/activities/599907872
