Next week I'll revise the list of participants. But keep in mind that this isn't a closed thread. Anyone can join in any time. I myself only began posting a couple of months ago.

Thanks for the inspiration. A few times already this week I have thought about eating poorly, but then remebered I had to report back on MOnday! I thought of posting my current before and after pics (280-220 then back up to 245) but relized I will just wait until I get down to 200, then show the 80lb transformation

Starting the year at 268.1 I was on vacation and gained a few pounds, still I started out last year at 295, I'd say it was worth it. I am a bit worried that last year was all the easy low-hanging fruit of weight loss, but I know I won't loose anything if I don't make an effort to keep track of it.

Week 2 - 295 lbs (start)
Week 3 - 291.5 lbs
Week 4 - 284.4 lbs
Week 5 - 282.5 lbs
Week 6 - 280.2 lbs

Week 12 - 274.3 lbs
Week 13 - 272.7 lbs
Week 14 - 271.8 lbs
Week 15 - 272.5 lbs
Week 16 - 267.9 lbs
Week 17 - 269.8 lbs
Week 18 - 269.4 lbs
Week 19 - 271.2 lbs
Week 20 - 270.5 lbs
Week 21 - 268.1 lbs
Week 22 - 274.5 lbs
Week 23 - 271.5 lbs
Week 24 - 269.5 lbs

I will join in so that I can be held accountable for one of my 2011 goals to lose 30 - 40 lbs by June(ish). I would like to be between 210 - 220 by then.

12/31/2010 - 250
1/06/2011 - 246

I have been running and biking and a change in diet(cut out the soda, the sweet stuff and started eating yogurt and stopped stuffing myself when I eat which I think was my main problem)

Im going to do this again. Last time around I fell behind in posting my weight, and I know I gained a few pounds.

Went to the Dr. on 12/23 and weighed in at 230, but the home scale read 233

1/6/2011 - 229.5 (weighed in on the home scale)

Hike is in 14 hours. Lunch is at Shady Maple, home of the largest all you can eat smorgasboard in Lancaster County. (Blame Sayre, it's his idea.)

Biggest news is that I got rid of all the 3xl shirts today, along with other stuff I gave to Goodwill. I did the same thing years ago, after I lost weight the first time. However, this time it's "never again" for going up in sizes. I'm not the fat guy any longer.

OK I'm "ON IT". Jan 7, 217.4 #'s. Started my on again off again workout by riding my trainer 20 miles and home gym 30 min workout. Training for Mount Mitchell May 16th. Over 11000 ft of climbing in 103 miles, Spartanburg, SC. Weight goal for May 16 is 175 and to hold it thru-out the year. These 2 goals and this program will inspire and help keep me motivated.
Thanks for keeping this going.
Tony

Copy the text in the bbCode box from your tracker page (should be on the second page, might have to click 'Next').

Then, when logged in on this forum, click on 'Settings' in the upper right hand corner. Then click on the 'Edit Signature' link under 'My Profile' heading in the 'My Settings' box on the left side of the page. Paste the text you copied from the tracker bbCode box into the text box for your signature. Click 'Save Signature' and you're done! You can also click 'Preview Signature' before 'Save Signature' to make sure you have the bbCode correct.

Thanks and will do. I had tried and got as for as pasting the code but it shows as the strange text and I was unsure if I was right to that point. Also how do I get the actual pounds to show at the beginnng and end like yours (263 and the 178)? And will the ticker that shows as my signature automatically move (adjust) when I update my ticker each Monday?

Still at 217 1/10/11
I had last week off work and spent time with my family.
I have the trainer set up in the living room and am going to start using it, that and watching what I eat should start this right.
