Handlebar cleanup
It seems to happen just like on the kitchen counter or table tops, once you put something there other stuff starts accumulating. On bike handlebars it tends to be commuter stuff. I had a light, battery pack, two computers, a bell and a rocker switch hanging on my bar. Wires everywhere. So I decided to clean it up.
First everything went to the stem, except the battery pack which now lives in the crook over the bottom bracket. That still looked cluttered and un-aero, so I decided to try a cowling around the stem.
My apologies for the cell-phone pics:

It looks weird, and that bell has got to go or at least shrink, but it kind of grows on me. Maybe worthwhile to build with carbon fiber and integrating the light ...
Do you ever try to clean up the bars, or just let it all hang out?

What do your two computers do that one can't handle alone? What did everything look like before? As for me, I don't have a whole lot on my bars...1 computer and a light (which is about to be put down at my fork crown when the mount arrives). I *might* ziptie my cables together depending on the routing and if I can get away with it - but in the past it was only to keep them out of the way of my light, which won't be a problem soon.
I'm trying to figure out your left hood....
But here are some truly terrible cockpits/handbars (taken from the Facebook page Yourbikehatesyou)

One altered to show cadence. One could do both, but I'm too cheap to buy another computer for a temporary function.
It had two computers, a headlight, battery pack and in-line rocker switch hanging on. And a bell.
Compared to that, my cowling doesn't look so unusual ...
Eh? It's just wrapped with bar-tape. 8-speed Sora, hood cover long gone.
