365 , are you sure ?? That's amazing if you do and great. I picked up a vintage Trek 930, and Schwinn Paramount PDG mountain bike . The paramount is all Deore, almost NOS. I been appreciating these more now .

Here's my new Winter ride - Jamis Commuter 1. It has lower Shimano gears but comes with a rear rack and fenders that I'm needing. The bike has about 200 miles on it and is practically new for $225. Only drawbacks are the V-brakes (not crazy about them for Winter commute) and that handlebar will take some time to get used to.
This is my black storm
It has fenders, rear rack, 400 lumens LED headlight, 24 speed Acera, some Aliexpress ceramic bearings and some Aliexpress reflective stripes, a stun gun on handlebar (because of wild dogs around my university campus), 10 w Bluetooth speaker with hands-free on stem.

And... Faster than Porsches and Lamborghinis in terrific traffic in Istanbul.

Ah nice! I just inherited nearly the same bike, currently it is doing kid hauling duty but once I have to go back to the office it will get some commuting duties. Do you happen to know what front rack you have and do you use/like it? I heel strike my rear pannier so either need to do something different in the back or get a front rack.

Got this as a beat up old frame and a pile of worn out parts in a trade with a buddy. Decided to start commuting at the beginning of COVID, and put some spare parts to good use. Elbow grease and tinkering turned into a really enjoyable ride for my 5-6 mile (one-way) commute. First time I have ever ridden old steel and I see the reason so many people love it... I came from aluminum. Whole different world!

my front rack is a pieced together rear rack for a 700c hybrid (I think the logo on it is Avenier? Something like that). I bent a reflector mount to go under the brake cable and into the front fork. And a wald basket of unknown model (sorry....not much help I know) mounted to the handlebar, and industrial (5/16th inch) zip tied to the rack itself. I do use it....a lot. Way more weight than I should lol. I have actually carried car batteries up front lol!

I'm still waiting on my X0 front derailleur (in the mail) but this is my commuter in its current state, after a 20 mile jaunt to pick up a new saddle in 25 degree weather. It's a Nashbar CX frame, with SRAM X0 rear and shifters. The Oval wheels are kinda ragged at this point, but I'm in love with these Bontrager LT2 Comp (700x38) tires. I have to admit that I'm a fair weather commuter, but this is so fun to ride that I may have to get out a bit more in the cold! It might be ugly, but it's mine! :-)

My commuter since early 2019, a cube travel pro. 9 speed, dyno lights front and back, belt drive and hydraulic disc brakes. I've put almost 4500 km on it so far and its been trouble and maintanance free so far. Belt drives are a godsend for commuters who ride in the rain, mud or snow often. I'll be moving in a month or so which will lengthen the commute from 20km to around 50km round trip so this bike will soon see a lot more use.
