So he's brain dead and a mechanical idiot and so by definition is not equipped to defeat your lock or even hurt your wheel. Try bending a wheel in free air with you hands. Maybe twisting bike forcefully so leverage has it's say but i don't thinks so when tight to a pole. Try it yourself. Regardless, you can't cover for the truly stupid or crazy in this world and still have any freedom or fun. You can be a 250 lb, 6 1/2 foot chunk of pure muscle standing on a corner in broad daylight holding a shotgun and some bozo who thinks his dead grandmother is crawling up his leg with a sharp knife will come up and attempt to punch you in the nose. Could happen.

With an I have an Evolution Mini; I can lock up both seat stays and the rear wheel with just enough room. Less room = better protection (plus it's lighter). I normally only carry a cable lock if I'm riding a quick release front.
