Post pics of your bike parked at work.

I have two options. Indoors near my workspace:

Or outdoors:

After a snow storm. As soon as the snow stops, the parking lot gets cleared as do the walkways. This is prejudice.

I dug out the bike rack so that I may continue to lock my bike to it.

That looks better... would be nice if the company made it a point to clear the rack as well as the walkways. Sad that it sometimes has to work this way but the next time this happens I will ride over and complain about the rack not being clear and make it a customer complaint which usually gets more attention.
Same thing happened at the mall when they were playing Christmas music at high db... the staff at several shops said that they would not turn it down when they asked but I complained for a week and sent them e-mails and now... the volume has been turned down to a reasonable level.
...
For those who ask about parking outside when there is an indoor option... unless your bike will be in a warm enough place to thaw and dry out through the day it is better to keep it cold lest that melted water finds it's way into places you don't want it to go.

This rack is more sheltered than the others at work. Hopefully it's a bit more secure too. There's talk of creating a locked cage, but I'll believe it when I see it.
I hadn't realized how reflective the trim on the bag is until I took this shot!

I teach in the physics/engineering department at a community college. My bike sits between the racks of lab equipment, right behind my desk.

I need to take a better photo, I snapped this when I brought in a couple of homemade pies on the front rack for a potluck. Normally a trunk rack bag rides up there, here I've boxed each pie in a cardboard box and put them inside the military surplus goulash tin which has some convenient handles to strap it down with and protects the pies from being crushed by the straps.

In front of my office building. A cable lock through both wheels. Nothing else to lock it to. I could put it in the lockable boiler room if I wanted more security but no problem here during the daylight hours.

So i rolled into my bike parking on the loading dock of my building and was told I needed to use the new bike parking in the 9 story parking deck. I was pissed as now I needed to share the entrance with cars all trying to funnel their way through the gates until I actually got to the new parking lot.
Before: not bad, easy access and plenty of room for the few bikes.

After: It's across the street and actually easier to get to. But it is Bike parking nirvana.
