Electronics products/lights seems in a lull lately

Maybe it's me, but it seems that the electronics & lights products have been in a lull as of late. No latest and greatest light that's causing any commotion. We need another MS, Fenix, Dinotte, P7, PBSF, or something along those lines that gets a lot of BFers to post "wow!"

Just sayin'

Hopefully the new MS rear light may light this up a notch!

Why? I'd be happy with lighting if it stayed as it is right now. Why do people always have to have some new shiny toy to buy? Not a fulfilled life if you're not consuming?

The future is with the new SST-50 or SST-90 Leds.. There are a couple of SST-90's out there that produce 2000 lumens +, 700 lumens in medium mode...

Hopefully when in production for a bike, they will tighten the beam down and give us lots of mode options for maximum burn time..

I thought the manufacturers tended to release new stuff in late summer, in time for the shorter days of fall, when people are in the market for lumens.
