Problems with Garmin Forerunner 405 to on my MAC

Problems with Garmin Forerunner 405 to on my MAC
Hello there just got a Garmin Forerunner 405
I have a MAC computer
for some reason I can not get it to be shown as an icon on my computer. I have download the proper software and still not showing up
the devices are not being shown at all for it
I have been using a Garmin bike computer 500 and that its showing up on my Garmin Connect etc. But not this device
I have plugged in the USB part stick to computer and it doesn't show up
I also have the wrist device - watch installed into computer (MAC) as well
I have updated the Garmin Plugin Communicator
I have updated all needed software
Yet nothing is showing up on computer
Also i tried pairing the devices and nothing, it won't pair
what else should i do to get it working?
I am waiting for some help on this forum. As i like to get this working in my Garmin Connect. I like to know if other people have had similar situations?
