Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I was wondering, which bike computer is used by Pros?

Probably Garmin 500. They have all the data needed by a professional rider and is fairly small and lightweight.

it's surprising how simple the pro's computers are compared to what many of us use, I feel like I'm seeing less and less power meters in the pro peloton as well (minus TT's)

I see a lot of SRM's and Garmin 500's. Also, see some basic $30 - $50 computers by some of the riders not using power meters.

Does Team Garmin-Cevelo pretty much tell you the obvious here what they use?

It depends, they use all sorts of stuff, primarily what they can get sponsored for, and get useful data out of.
