15.7 miles (25.3k). Happy Monday the 13th. Reached my 9 mile rest stop at Rock Park and a BIG WIND came up. Fortunately most of that was either a tail wind or side wind going home, but it definitely cut the ride short.

Got rained out yesterday so no ride. Did 40 miles this morning - 25 with my buddy and 15 with my wife. Doctor appointment in the morning and a visit to the dealership will probably kill ride chances for tomorrow.

18.2 miles on the Sutra. Was quite sunny while walking my dog but a damp, cold day when I rode. A couple bikes on the trail today... good to see. Sunshine tomorrow, so looking good for another ride. Ant + dongle for the KickR shipped today. Can't wait for it.

A bit windy 15mph with gusts 25mph so sometimes challenging. Just a little warm-up ride to keep legs moving for Horrible Hundred on Sunday. 45 miles today.

22.4 miles (36.0k). Quite a bit warmer this morning, sunshine, lite wind, a good riding day. Rain and wind Thursday, cold thereafter.

20 miles as a Bike Commuter today. Right about freezing/32F this morning but warmed way up to upper 40's for the ride home. But it was dry.

51 Miles, beautiful day, was a little cool at 50°, but it's only going to get colder. Clear view of the mountains, stopped to watched the sun set over Mt. Bachelor. Every ride now ends with about 1/2 hour in the dark with my 600 lumen headlight.

They have a Horrible Hundred up in Portland, celebrating a flood from many years ago. Last year the weather was so bad they canceled it!

13.6 miles (21.9k). Alternating sunshne-rain clouds/sprinkles. Hence the short ride, got home before the rain got heavy and the wind increased.

40 miles Wednesday afternoon, after a couple of days off. Took the road bike, which is a little faster than the hybrid, but took it easy and stopped a few times to stretch the aching neck. Seemed to help. Not my fastest time overall but it'll do. Still aiming for a standard century this coming weekend.

Good 18 mile ride last night with my buddy. Cold, dark and damp.....but great ride!
One moment of note, going round a roundabout(how else would you do at a roundabout?), my buddy fishtailed on the roundabout, road was greasy. I thought she was down! But, she regained balance - how? I have no idea. But, thankfully, she did. We were going pretty fast, would have been a very painful fall.
All in all, a good ride...

Got home late after my ride yesterday and didn't get a chance to post. 40 windy miles yesterday and another 40 windy miles for this morning. Need to get a few 50 and 60 mile rides before the end of the month if the wind will cooperate.

5 miles after work this evening. 38F and quite darkish but felt good, in spite of too much traffic.

40 miles. Cold and windy at the start of the ride. Seemed like it took longer for it to warm up today than it did yesterday. Rode with my buddy Steve who was having some major issues this morning, although he wouldn't tell me what they were. Good thing nothing happened to him.

Only riding today was for grocery grabbing. Clermont Horrible Hundred is Sunday AM with a couple of route changes that are for the better. I've decided to leave out a relatively flat 25 mile section and instead will loop back around for some extra Sugarloaf climbs. Will still end with 100+ miles and a couple of thousand feet in extra climbing.

14.8 miles (23.8k). The parking lot/driveway at my apt. building is undergoing repaving, but since yesterday it's been a mud pit. Took me about 20 mins. to clean the mud outta my shoes.
Rain/snow/wind today, rode on wet streets and mostly wind. Sure made a mess of the bike (and I had yet another flat ½ block from home, rear, of course).

Every time GB gets another flat I just wince as I know I am way overdue.
My last was in Port St Lucie, FL in 1988.
I have been riding indoors the last couple of days, much shorter per miles, but more of a workout too. I am enjoying it. Ant + dongle has finally arrived today and tonight will be my first Zwift ride. I won't keep count of those miles as they are fantasy but I expect to be in the best shape of my life come Spring.

I did my first ride on Zwift tonight... wow! I have to say it was an enjoyable experience and a great workout. I received my first "ride on!" and I am a bit ashamed to say I am proud of it.

53 miles on a cold but beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. The last 45 minutes to my new home is up long steep hills on most of my rides, getting home is a ***** now. Plus it's in the dark. Still some snow from 5 days ago in the shaded spots on the sidewalks near my house.

21.5 miles (34.6k). 35° to start (brrrr) but I have winter gear and soft hunting mittens. I bought a pair of heavy lobster gloves (only two fingers) but they are really stiff. Sunshine all the way. Other than having to traverse the mud pit (parking lot/driveway) it was a good ride.
