The salmon are spawning in the PNW. Literally hundreds either swimming upstream or sweeping the gravel to lay eggs.

Dead salmon in the river. Spawning season is over, there are thousands of them rotting in the river and on the river banks at this time of the year. Wild life is having a feast.
