What should I change?
I have a Neko 2, I've had it about 2 months. It was the perfect bike for me when I picked it out, and then I crashed on the test drive and hurt my hand pretty bad. I decide to still go with the Neko, my other choice was a Verve but I wanted something for aggressive, and broken bones do heal eventually. So the broken bone is healed, I have no weight restrictions, but apparently I did more damage than previously thought. My mobility in my left had is severely decreased and I'm in physical therapy. I've been riding with my seat slightly lower than normal just to move weight off my hands. I just can't get completely comfortable, im willing to accept that, it takes time to heal but I kind of want to make some tweaks.
Initially I thought I might go for a wider set of grips and maybe a new stem to put me slightly more upright. But yesterday I leaned forward more and that actually felt pretty good. So maybe I need to adopt a more agressice posture and build up my core muscles to accommodate my weight? Other than raising my seat a little more, are there any tips you can think of that might help? Should I just wait it out, make the changes for a more upright ride or push forward with the more agressive toward leaning posture? I can always swing back by the shop and see what the recommend but I thought I'd see what tips you have first.

A more upright posture will certainly get more weight off your hands but you will need a somewhat shorter stem in order for the reach to the bars to be comfortable. At that point there will be more weight on the saddle in which case your current saddle may not be comfortable. Change one thing and it will effect everything else. Try the more upright and make whatever other changes may become necessary one at a time.
