Dahon Jetstream XP 2007 rear shock replacement

Currently the bike has an AD-5 which measures out at 130mm x 25mm

Cane Creek has a Cloud Nine shock on their website that measures out at 140mm x 25mm and a 135mm x 20 mm.

Will either of these work as a drop in replacement?

Will 10 extra mm be a huge difference in ride?

Can the 20mm shock width have new bushings to fit the 25mm gap on the bike?
