New to Folders-Tire question

Hi all,

After looking hard at several folders, I just purchased two Citizen Gotham2 bikes for myself and the woman. I'm planning to use mine to commute to work after getting off the Metra, and enjoying some rides on the lakefront (I'm from Chicago).

I'm planning on swapping out the tires as soon as I recieve them, and was wondering whether the Big Apple 20x2's would fit since I've also purchased the fenders. Any advice would be appreciated. (including any other tire recommendations)

After I put in some miles, I'll post a review of the bike(s). I can already feel the folder addiction kicking in

2.0 x20 shouldnt be a problem. I have 2.0x20 now and plan to go below 1.5x20.

question is if the fenders will still fit.... most fenders have rods which you can play with ( adjusting their length ) .that might work if otherwise not... Than you could do the big apples and loose the fenders ...( are you planning to ride in the rain ? Of course I know, that the rain is gonna get ya eventually ) But I would go frenderless , than without big apples ...
