At one time True Temper made BMX dimensioned tubing. Might contact Hank James about this.
I wonder how many 20" bikes (BMX, FS, Ramp, street) use butted tubing. Seems to me that common 4130 straight gage pipes might be a good consideration. Andy.

Vari-Wall is is now selling their heat treated tubing on the web. Non-heat treated(much more affordable) tubing is coming soon. They have some BMX options available. https://shop.vari-wall.com/
