I picked these up from my local Co-Op piggybacked on a JB order. 32* 700c clinchers.

The one thing I could not correct on this frame is a dent in the seat tube. I suspect it cannot be rolled out due to the pinned BB and upside down tube install.

Head tube is pretty normal in it's production.

Standard fitment of tubes; size is 26.8mm which tells me the seat tube was installed upside down.

Suntour FW body so it should come apart pretty easily.

Looks a bit rough but should clean up with a wire wheel and a coat of silver. 34t large ring.

This is from a standard French rear hub that is being scrapped. Cone size is 17.5mm outer diameter, 12.5mm inner race diameter, and 12mm in height.

The RD came in from Alan with the fixing bolt still attached. The shift levers will likely go on a future build for me. And the rings from Rob are destined for a half step gearing set on perhaps the Trek and maybe the Basso.

As it came in. New and never built up, but a few scratches from being in a shop.

I probably bought these a few years ago, but they are new and never worn. Size large likely around 34" waist and pretty long leg length.

Next up is the wheel collection which will yield up a few nice Shimano hubs, and hopefully a nice Araya rim.

I started with the scrap metal bucket to sort out the aluminum from the steel, and found a few gems ZB: an anodized Modolo caliper with a drop bolt, that got thrown out because it had some rust on it.

The new Turbo installed on the bike, and set up for a more comfortable riding position. I got lucky and found a deal on the saddles about a year ago and picked up five of them.

An old Avocet sponge saddle with the cover that moves around while riding. Ugly and uncomfortable.
