Which type of headset is this?

Hi,

I have been reading about the different headset types on park tool's website (threaded, threadless, zerostack/internal/semi-integrated, integrated) but here in Denmark we have bicycles like this one https://www.ribecykellager.dk/media/c...ykk7275501.jpg

Is anyone able to see which type of headset is this? It looks like a threaded one but on the other side it does not look similar to the threaded ones on the park tool website (or sheldonbrown). Could it be a combination of threaded and zerostack/internal/semi-integrated ?
