All ready ordered a set on line $45.98 shipped. I could pay my buddy $20.00 to help and still be cheaper..... I also removed my pedals tonight just to make sure they were loose. Not a problem. They had a metric hex on the end of them...and a lot of grease !!!

I hear both sides, it's good to support the local LBS but the saving that can be had by the DIY way can be substantial.


One thing for the LBS you get it right away walk in buy the pedals get the fit and be riding that afternoon.

Go buy a tshirt and a cap from the LBS, they'll probably make the same amount of profit.
