I've had moles removed cryogenically. They were not cancerous, but left untreated they may have become that way.
It leaves an ugly spot for a short while, but heals with no trace.

I think he is referring to these homeopathic places that stick you in a giant freezer for 20 minutes, claiming to cure whatever ails you.
I can do that for free during the winter, just by stepping outside naked.

Well I'm a firm believer in soaking in an ice bath from back in my marathon days. Not sure about what they are selling...
I can say that 3 minutes in an ice bath is nothing so I guess this is supposedly much colder so you don't need as much exposure??
In a ice bath I'd go about 20 minutes. First cold, then burning, then numb = no soreness after a long (12-22 mile) run day.

1) I had a bilateral orchiectomy, CASTRATION, the pathologist's report included a side note that exclaimed....."I now believe that you can have 10 pounds of balls in a 5 pound sack!"
2) I felt that if Lance could ride pretty well with 1 testicle gone, I could ride twice as good with both testicles gone!
3) Removing my boys was the fastest 10 pound weight loss I ever had. Sure helps my climbing.
4) My former PCP, primary care physician, remarked after I told her that I bicycled 11 miles with a Foley Catheter inserted and bag strapped to my leg just 2 days after my PCa procedure....."You are the NUTTIEST NUTLESS guy I know!"
5) When I got to the LBS after riding 5 miles to the shop with the Foley in place, I stopped the guys giving my high 5's with a.....STOP!!! a sigh and then I mentioned I just peed.
I joke and keep my humor up because it is what it is and if it KILLS me, at least I enjoyed my bicycle.
