Mystery rattle 1996 steel frame: Solved

My new build has a mystery rattle,1996 steel frame, new everything else all Specs torqued . Makes sound like loose front spoke but alls well up there. Any ideas

Bikes: 2014 CDale EVO, 2007 System Six, 2004 Litespeed Solano, 2002 Burley Duet

Remove and reinstall the front and back wheels and make sure the QRs are tight.

Start from somewhere. You have multiple bikes. Replace things that are removable and go from there.

Swap some wheels over if you think it's a spoke.

When does it rattle? When you're riding? If you shake the frame? If you hit a bump?

My next guess is cable housing rattling against frame.

Rattles only on rough pavement not smooth shook bike nada 3" drop test nope. It's a bear I'll get it sooner than later.

COOL SCREWDRIVER TEST WORKED!!!
Thanks all found it, It was my Jagwire derailleur cables coming off drops tight against head tube but not binding makes them slap on rough surfaces.
