Strength has a lot to do with confidence in her ability to do a job requiring a certain level of strength.

As is saying no because you don't personally know a woman who can move more than 20#. Which I find utterly ridiculous in itself, considering the overwhelming majority of bikes weigh in excess of 20#, and I see women picking them up and loading them on bike racks all the time.
