Ribble or Wiggle?
I bought from both and below is my experience.
Ribble was untracked and took 10 days + shipping.
Wiggle was tracked and 5 days free shipping.

Both seem to arrive reasonably quickly.
Last year Ribble stopped doing free shipping to the USA. Have they changed that policy? That meant for small light stuff, the orders came cheap. Heavy/bulky stuff added enough to the bill that it was cheaper to jump over to Wiggle.

I dont order from either(or CRC, Bike24, etc) if the product is needed by a specific upcoming date. 10 days to move something for free to me from across the world is fine.
Sure, 5 days is better, but I really cant complain about 10 when its free and the pricing is competitive. As for tracking- Me knowing where a package is sitting at any given time just isnt necessary. Again, its nice to know I guess, but hardly necessary.
You just got some products for across the world at a great price in 10 days- seems fine by me.
Thru posting here over the last few years I have come to realize that my standards are comparatively low.

I'm looking back through my Ribble e-mail archives, and not seeing 10% or so site-wide coupons either.
Has that policy also changed? Sometimes I used to wait to place an order until a discount coupon came up.
Playing the least expensive game is tough at times. I just put in a Wiggle order, but then Wiggle was out of stock on a few chains...
I've since looked at some reviews and decided on something different. However, a German site wanted something like a fixed $30 shipping (which might be OK if I was ordering 100 chains, but I don't need that many). Ribble was $10 less per chain than Wiggle, and shipping was reasonable (but, unfortunately also out of stock, I'll wait).
In reality, if one wants to minimize prices, one should build a shopping cart from both stores and compare.
And, keep in mind that light items may be better from one and heavy items from another.
My last Ribble order, I hit a border... one more item and shipping jumped from about $5 to about $20. So... I ordered that last item elsewhere (or not at all).
In the end, it is a minefield, with customers wishing to minimize shipped to the door prices (as well as ordering effort), and vendors wishing to maximize profits (which may also mean maximizing quantity sold).

I do a mix of Nashbar and BikeParts. Granted, I ride a 30 year old bike, but have been very happy with what they can do when the local coop doesn’t have it.

I've ordered from both Ribble and Wiggle with no complaints about either. I actually prefer Ribble's untracked shipping (as long as there are no problems!), since Wiggle packages require a signature and there's not usually anyone at home during delivery times.
Very good service also from Nashbar, JensonUSA, and Merlin.
Very poor service and practically non-existent communication from Race View.
While on the topic of online buying, I am wary of buying bike parts on Amazon. Always look at who the seller is. I've ended up with sub-standard counterfeit parts from no-name sellers on Amazon.

I also use JensonUSA - $50+ free shipping is great.
H+Son wheels set from Velomine and got quick shipment with tracking, but there is shipping fee.
Two items from Nashbar. There is this $7.99 flat return service (they send you a return label with your purchase). I am from WA and am getting tax added when buying there.
Got some parts from eBay too - never had issues so far from eBay.
Also, Ribble and Wiggle - good experience on solo buys from them.

Jenson is my go to for a lot of stuff.
I recently had a good experience and great prices on a Di2 8050 upgrade kit from Texas Cyclesport. They were and still are the best price on this group, with few of the vendors listed here even stocking this stuff.
Only caution is they give you 5 minutes to cancel on on-line order and can get pissy about it.
