It’s probably overly optimistic but there’s some chance feedback would correct this sort of thing.

Maybe “Big Bike” marketing is not that effective. If Trek do launch a major new bike then it will get discussed at some point. But I doubt that many people are desperately waiting for the launch. I did get an email from a local shop saying they already have 3 of these new bikes waiting in stock, but no detail of what they are.

Wonder, could trek be mashing up their gravel bike with their XC mountain bike so as to reduce the number of their SKUs?
