You are monsters. I had a break in the heat today so I did 30 miles but i'm not keeping track of total miles since I know that i'm going to lose. Anyone see Lances crazy stunt on the hill today?

Shucks... too bad this didn't start on the 4th of July... I had a long ride that day. 
Since July 5th I have 123.96 miles. Not much, but I've been gone to a family reunion for 5 days. I'll see if I can do some catch up. I'm definitely in for the bigger challenge.
Thanks for setting this up ChrisL... been looking forward to this for motivation.

That is: 414km or 257.25Mi
I don't think that is too bad considering it is Winter here with rain and see-your-breath-all-day temperatures and that I am a first year rider who only really started riding in March.
edit: 414km of 3,427.5km = 3,008km to go!

7/16 Pt 2. The wife got me out on the tandem for a quick 20! This is in addition to the 33 miles I rode this morning. So, an update to my miles for 16 July is in order.
20 miles + 355.3 miles (571.6 km) = 375.3 (603.8km)
BTW, I hope you’ all don't consider this an assisted 20 miles...I actually work much harder on our tandem than on my single. Hope there's no penalty here... :confused:
