new model releases
Is there a specific time of the year in cycling when manufacturers make available their new models for the upcoming year. I know with motorcycles it's usually a fall announce and Spring realease for most. I am interested in colnago or pinarello. I see colnago has 2012 models on their web site, but no mention of a release or availablity. pinarello have a few announced , but again no availability info, thanks.

Most shops start getting new bikes in October/November. You won't see a big drop in prices for last year's bikes.
