From what I can find online, it seems that the Tonino Lamborghini bikes may made by Kent, who is known for making low-quality bikes under recognizable brand names that are familiar to the average 'Joe Consumer'. For example, Kent has sold Jeep and Cadillac branded bikes, and they're the ones who sell the GMC Denali road bike. I've never personally had my hands on one, so I can't give you an experience-based opinion, but I'd be skeptical.
And to add to my skepticism, it seems like the 'Tonino Lamborghini' brand is applied to all sorts of 'Sharper Image' type crap. Lots of flash, little substance.

Never heard of 'em, but generally, if they put an automobile name on a bike, it usually means that they're looking for consumer brand recognition for a piece of junk. Usually, the fancier the name...the crappier the bike.

"Watches...Mobile...Eyewear...Accessories...Leather Goods"- yeah, sounds like they're the bicycle experts, all right.
