22" wheel bike
At https://www.sheldonbrown.com/tire-sizing.html, he claims that there is a 22" wheel for Juvenile Mtn bikes. ( 22 x 1.75, 22 x 2.125 457 mm Juvenile)
Does anyone know any bike that have or had a 22" wheel?

Even if there were, why not go either 20" or 24". It's easier to find popular tires and tubes at a better price with more options.
