bye the way i did try to post a pic of my fisher KAITAI and once i figure out how to do it I will do it.
Don't even have my cowan anymore, have this instead and much more pleased with it.

That's the most utilitarian looking bike I've ever seen. Good job

Here's my new Salsa Caballero. I built it up over the winter and only have about 100 km on it so far, but it rides like a dream. I'm a happy guy.

I'm a full-squishy noob so I'm learning something extra with every ride, but it really does handle and track well. Our local trail is a rocky, rooty slugfest, but the Cab takes it all in stride.

I was marveling at the super-snaky-long stinger and wondering if it was actually tuned that way or if they just did it for the pipe-routing.

I blew up the primary and clutch assembly today, so I spent a few hours fixing it. It works for now but I will have to come up with a better set up later. Also, I don't know about the stinger but I do know the tune pipe is functional, I had a hole in it and lost some major power, since then I've patched it and it's all good again.

Centrifugal clutch I presume? Wonder if something like a Comet kart clutch would work on it.

Anyway, it's a fun-lookin' little critter; would make a perfect pit bike.

Ya, centrifugal sadly but still fun. My friend races karts and we tried one of the clutches he had laying around and it didn't fit. Good thing parts are cheap for them, a brand new running engine with clutch assembly and pullstart is $70.

Smashy, thats a Primo Hemorrhoid right?

First time I cleaned my chain this season. If you look at the cassette you can see the gold power link.
