I want to get a chip for mine but am concerned about the tranny getting screwed up. It already shifts hard into 3rd and I need to get the ac and oil leak fixed before I do anything.

Back on topic, at least for a moment,

I still need to build a front wheel for the OTHER fork I have and I will be removing that funny glowy thing on the front wheel (why in the hell would you need one on a DH bike )

brand new, has yet to see dirt ...

And here are the two ladies together ...

It works well (compaired to the rigid forks which are the only other thing I've used), but when I get the money I'm going to upgrade to an RST First or Titan. If you want a new fork, try looking at those (the First is a sub $200, sub 4 pound, air shock). But back to your question; It's done everything I've asked it to do with out question.

Yep a 55 ATA... it was loaner from a friend for a bit. I was trying to make the bike a little more downhill worthy for a trip to western NC.

Yes,...I run a SMARTY with a bunch of other mod's,...NADP tranny is somewhere on the list but it hasn't been an issue yet...

That and the other color schemes on the Gambler are just nasty.

So do you think if I get a chip, it will mess up my transmission though? I wanna get straight pipes and a edge.

Really depends on how "you" drive it, I could blow a factory 48re tranny out very easy or worse, melt down the heads, I've run tunes which have put down well over 600hp and 1000tq with the supporting mods (rail pressure/fueling etc.) so before you add any power adders I highly suggest installing some proper gauges (boost/tran/pyro) to monitor the vitals...check out www.cumminsforum.com
