If you guys replace your disc brake pads, do you replace them both at once? I hate my Hopes, looking at selling them and actually downgrading....but one end needs new pads. Both at once?

I'm trying to learn how to bunnyhop to get over certain obstacles in a park close to where I live. I ride with my saddle high up so either leg is fully extended on down stroke to prevent knee injury as I've been told but the bunnyhop tutorial video I've seen tells to keep the saddle low. Can I get away with keeping it up without crushed balls upon landing or do I stop a few feet from the log to lower the saddle?

That belongs to a guy around here. He uses it as his trail bike and does epic climbing trails (up over 7000 ft) with it. I tell him he's crazy and would have more fun (overall) on a smaller bike but he has fun so that's all that matters.

Lower the saddle. That's really the best way to deal with that problem. At least until you learn to hop high enough with the saddle where it is when you normally ride.

Hmm, Hopes are up for sale, looking to go back to Avid, or maybe Hayes. Something i know my way around, that's easy to get parts for here in Australia and is more reliable than my suckah's.

N2bikeN is down for a week. We took a break from the bikes and hit the water this evening. He did well for his first time with a flyrod.

Oh boy, just you wait til my next thread.

As a culmination of the last 24 hours and events until such a thread, it involves Ebay, theft and going to the Police Station before school wearing makeup.

You bet. Official opening of Wild Turkey trail is the 14th (not that that matters really).

I hope it was Kiss or Alice Cooper makeup, otherwise your TGMBG status may be in jeopardy.
