Yeah, I kinda relized that a year or two ago. I am at the same weight, but like 3-4 inches taller and alot stronger. I also took about 4 months or so off from playing on the computer, but now I'm back at it (but now in moderation)

Counterstrike Source FTW!
I play Counterstrike for a few hours at night, when I cant bike. Then when its nice and sunny out, I got out for a while.

Yeah, thats what I do, but now that school is starting, I dont think that will be happening anymore. . . Ride when there is light, finish my school work when there isnt.

I can't do that. Homework before biking always.

However, my coach said I have to do 120 miles every week now.
I have to get up at 5 in the morning and ride 25 miles everyday.

I do most of my home work during school. I have loads of time as I am currently doing no out of school activitys other than a German club (looks good on an aplication, but all we do is eat cake), and while school is in I can only work in weekends (Caddying). I ride more like 16 miles a day weather permitting (I have a 16 mile road loop and I put in 16-18 when ever I go MTBing, but that only happens when my driving friend who can drive is not working). On an unrelated note, what can I do to make my bike more do-all-y?

Add semi-slicks, I suppose. You'll be a bit faster on the roads but lose braking and cornering grip on the trails.

HELL YES!

Picked it up before, then rode it home :D

Love it!

I ment more, um how do I say it, All mountainy (?). I have a road bike for road riding. I guess I want to make the C'dale more durable/robust with out to much cost or weight (but seeing as that bike isnt crazy light as is, I dont think that will be to hard)

Tires, for one. Run a grippy, tubeless tire. Run low pressure and you'll get great grip and feel like there's extra travel.

Aside from that, new wheels. Not much else you can do before you go to changing forks, which is $$$ and messes up the geometry.

how do people run really low PSI? I cant figure that out, because when ever I run anything below 35 psi in the rear, I bottom out going over the likes of roots.

Anyone see the new Mitsubishi Lancers and Nissan Skyline GTR with the paddle shifting on the steering wheel? Kinda cool, like a steering wheel for Xbox games.
