Wow man!!! Your site is looking good.

I especially like what you did with the multiple shots in the same location with "Maggie and Aaron".:thumb::thumb::thumb:

And is Gastro on a 4x bike now???

Yah man they've been dangling that carrot in front of me for a while now. That bike is the shizzle!

yellowjeep 04-11-09 12:18 AM

It really is.

scrublover 04-12-09 03:03 PM

I'm out for a bit. Managed to bone-headedly slice a big chunk off the top of my left thumb, down to just grazing the top of some tendon. Six stitches Friday night, have to check with a hand orthopod this week to ensure no tendon issues. Not doing any off-road until things close up and stitches are out at a minimum.

Oops. Bled like a mofo, and I didn't even managed to get a decent pic before stitches. Nice nickle sized flap right above my distal knuckle!

Dannihilator 04-12-09 03:20 PM

Youch, sucks to here Scrub.

it'll be short time. have full movement/sensation, so the orthopod should be merely a formalityn to be sure all is okay and make my insurance happy. just not going to ride until it's closed/stitches are out as i don't want the thing to pop open again - it's right over the knuckle. bad enough getting the grease and aluminum shavings out, (was trimming a steer tube) i don't want trail and nasty glove gunk in the thing

Dannihilator 04-12-09 06:15 PM

Forgot to mention that I have successfully rebuilt the manitou and put it back on since I was kind of hating weight penalty of the Tora.

mtnbiker66 04-12-09 06:16 PM

Ohhhhhhhhhh crap, sounds nasty.

Now I'm confused...I thought my name was Edwin...still just a middle name:D

Dannihilator 04-12-09 07:27 PM

It does feel like my dmr lost 2 pounds by putting the refurbished manitou back on it.

ed 04-12-09 07:36 PM

Kewl! I'm down over 3 and fixin to drop another 1-2...cripes I sound like a freakin' broken record. I was in dang near the same place 1 year ago...

ca7erham 04-12-09 07:40 PM

Could you give us some more pics?
Sorry, but I'm still having a hard time believing its not a figment of photoshop

ed 04-12-09 07:46 PM

Soon, son. Could you show some more vid's of you guys falling on your az$? :D

ca7erham 04-12-09 07:53 PM

I could, but I dont think youtube allows any videos over 10 minutes. . .

With luck, next weekend, we are going to try some dirt jumping (but its looking like rain).

ed 04-12-09 07:55 PM

I wanna see it. :thumb"

ca7erham 04-12-09 08:11 PM

Nothing crazy, but I played around on a bigish table thingy, and I see why people use small frames with limited travel. I'm now thinking strongly about that Shadow frame.

yellowjeep 04-12-09 08:57 PM

I'm thinking strongly that I wish my damn BB was here. I mocked it all up this weekend complete with packing paper bottom bracket. Its going to be sweet.

Here is a little ****ty cell phone teaser.

ca7erham 04-14-09 03:29 PM

Just got my driver's license. Its almost sad how easy the test is. I drove around a neighborhood and did the maneuverability. I almost stalled because a school bus cut in front of me as I was making a right turn. Now I dont have to mooch rides off of friends to get to trails.

yellowjeep 04-14-09 05:20 PM

Aw little ca7erham is growing up.

JK man, feels good huh.

cryptid01 04-14-09 05:55 PM

dyno run

ed 04-14-09 06:09 PM

Mmmmmm...I remember dyno. I always wanted a Dyno Pro Comp with pegs, frame standers, and an ACS rotor.

Nothing special; Canon Powershot A710IS

Pretty good macro and bokeh for a point and shoot looks good. How are you liking those BB7s btw? With any luck (unlikely) I will have mine up and running Saturday.
