It's actually a mix between a godspeed tensioner and a surly singleator. The twin plates wouldn't fit to have good tension or a proper chainline so I took that part off the old chain tensioner and installed it on the surly. Yes, I finally got around to getting a new E.13 bashring.

Well.... I fail at truing. And dishing. So it's pretty bad. But it is a complete wheel with high spoke tension! Speaking of which, should I loosen it up a little? Won't get to true/dish till tuesday when I have truing stand access.

My cheap, cobbled together single speed. Just mounted that rear tire, and if the weather holds I hope to take it out and give it a try tonight.
