That's a pretty shiney new Trek!! Congrats!! But you might want to check the quick releases. I try to keep my levers closer to the fork and dropout so they have less chance to get snagged and released. Not that it's happened a whole lot, I'm just paranoid.

Might want to look at the pics of the other bikes to see what I mean.

Nice try. How could they "get snagged and released" if they aren't closed in the first place?

2 things...Fox decal w/ Manitou fork is really gonna confuse people. ('specially cause now it says "Hard'R'Fox")
That stem has to be like 3million mm.

Is that pretty comfy for ya? How's the Manitou treating ya?

I got a couple chuckles out of this ^

The manitou is good, and the reason for the fox (and dt swiss) stickers is because theres about a 3 inch long patch of rust right there that I got tired of putting paint on that would come off in the humidity this summer. Stickers work.

The stem is huge, but the bike's too small, so whatever. It's the ugliest lookin thing, but it performs extremely well with the new drivetrain.

I actually have a full sticker kit for the 09 f series 32 whatever fox that I was considering putting on the fork but I thought it would be too cheesey

Also, it's about to look even sillier when my 400 mm seatpost comes in. It's a 17 inch frame and I'm 5 9ish.

I do love this bike though, built her "Tim" up from scratch.

Oh darn it, you caught me trying to lie. They look locked to me, just not against the frame or fork. I must be wrong AGAIN!!

You should be proud. You are a lot smarter than I am. I'm just a stupid roadie. I don't even HAVE a mountain bike!

Sheesh, the cat's outta the bag on my past!

Hard to find one of Dminor, but this will suffice hair-wise:
