Name these pedals?

Can anyone help me name these pedals please?

I received them on a second-hand bike acquired recently, but have removed them and would now like to sell them.

It would help if I knew what they are first.

Thanks

I prefer Phil and Lil. But Steve works too I guess.

OP - There should be a spot on them where the model is stamped. PD-M###. I can see it in the second picture but I can't make out the three numbers.

I think I got that deal too from Jenson. The pedals came with cleats that would normally cost $12 or so alone, so I tossed the pedals and kept the cleats.
