Bikes: All the TGMBG mums

yodle.

Hi Team,

Long time no speak. Are all the cool kids still here? All my bikes got stolen about....ages ago. Anyway picked myelf up a secondhand steed and now im back on the trails and back on the internet to sandbag the heck out of people like dminor. Hello, dminor.

Does dannhialator still make a thread every 3 weeks saying hes going to quit MTB for good and never visit the internet again?

What have i missed? Hope yall remember me otherwise i look like a giant d-bag coming in here running his mouth. Whaever im probably still faster than santiago.

We all nobody comes on here to talk about bikes.....

I'm a little ticked that I didn't get a shout out in that post seeing as I am the coolest of the cool kids.

I thought you purchased some beat up old van and were traveling around Oz looking to pick up chicks?

How many bikes did you have stolen?

For trail type stuff, a blood clotting disorder has ended that. Still have a DJ bike that I use 2-3 times a week when I'm not on the fixed gear. Overall, I'm content.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.

Wow, welcome back, G! There's a smattering of the cool kids left here, as you see (you'll notice gastro's here, incognito); and there are some new 'cool kids.' Plus there's uncool me still around. To bring you up to speed, here's a brief rundown:

gastro moved to a commune in rural Northeast and is growing pot for the burgeoning medical marijuana industry.

santiago is busy raising daughters right now, so most of his time is spent doing yoga, weight training and martial arts so that he can intimidate boys that come calling later.

junkyard discovered that tarmac gives a more even mani/pedi when he falls so he’s defected over to the dark side.

dannihilator turned his dirt jumper into a fixie and is still recovering from his first attempt at a 360.

chelboed had a gender-change and became just ‘ed.’ They liked the new-and-improved ed so much they made him a moderator. I think Jamis paid the site administrators under the table for that move.

DirtBikeDude got busy raising young BMX rippers and hasn’t been here in a while; but he’s still tearing up the courses in sunny SoCal.

never decided his madd skillz were so razor-honed that he didn’t need his big V10 any more. He moved to the woods, built his own trails and we haven’t heard from him since. I think he found out the new ride couldn’t outrun the bears.

mtnbiker66 became a professional flyfisherman and has too many sponsor obligations to bike any more. He’d like to thank Shakespeare and Orvis for their support.

Nice ride - - I liked the "glory hole" Glories.

I defected back to Yeti. Nothing against the boys from Ferndale at all - - they're a cool bunch with good product. The call of the Tribe was just too strong.

Sorry to hear your bikes got stolen, huge violation of how life should be. Congrats on being back in the saddle.

I was cool when cool was cool. Now everyone uses the word in sick ways. Long live Jimi, Jerry, Janis and the rest, What a Long Strange Trip its been!

Bikes: A fat tire & a skinny tire & two others I loaned out

I'm far from cool, but I think I'm more qualified to rock the "kid" status than anyone else here.

Nice bike! If you don't mind me asking, how'd you lose the other ones?

Wait, then what is my fixed gear? A fixed gear DJer sounds really painful.

. . . and do you really spin your 360s the same directions as your toilets flush?

Sound about right. I never cease to be amazed by dminor's memory. Especially considering his age.
