yes, i have tried it and i liked it very much. i have it on one of my bikes, and i have the Pure V on my other bike. i am a huge fan of the WTB saddles. be aware that a saddle is a very personal preference, and just because it works for one person doesn't mean it will work for you.

I'm not a fan. It just don't fit me'bum like the Rocket V for some reason. Good MFGR and good construction though.

I'm 53 years young, and it's definitely on my bucket list. I've seen video of it, but just how high are those ridge tops?

the ridge tops aren't that high at all, they just look really big in the videos.

OP-I have one as well.

The reviews/opinions out there are generally favorable. I picked one up to see if it works for me any better than the Terry Ti Flys I have on three bikes. Just put the WTB on one of my road bikes, some more saddle time will tell whether it works for me.

WTB Speed V is my favorite of the 10-12 saddles I've tried. It's on my commuting bike as that's where I spend most of my time.

Same here. I tried one and *for me* it was a pure a$$ hatchet. But it was a well made saddle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone to try it if they had a reason to think it was approximately the right shape, but make sure you can return it. This applies to any saddle, not a criticism of WTB
