Help Identify GT Aluminum Frame

Help Identify GT Aluminum Frame
Pulled bike out of a friends garage. Bare aluminum, most of decals removed
but the bottom bracket does have serial number stamped on bottom - SAS6G2404.
Have not had any luck tracking it down. Anybody have any thoughts?

Frame is bare aluminum. Removable RD Hanger - Black. Over the weekend, I had someone tell me thet thought it was a mid 90's GT Pantera but still have been unable to find many pictures on web to confirm. Will try to post some pivs this week.
