Actually, my MTB is done... someone stomped on the rear wheel for me, and bent the rim. I've been riding the tank in the snow for the past month!
I looked at a bike today... probably won't get it, the drive train looked pretty chewed up.
Got an appointment to look at a bike tomorrow, this one is being sold by the owner, who is also a 'professional bike mechanic' ... so hopefully that one will be better!
On a sour note, the bike I looked at had a flat tire, so I pumped it up.... and left my pump sitting there in the guy's driveway.
Even worse?
1. It's clear the other side of Aurora
2. I got a flat on the way home.

Ok, I'm officially registered for the Triple Bypass!
Now, let's see what I'll be riding.

I'm planning on riding both days as well.
I'm gonna be riding with cycommute on Sunday (I better, since I goaded him into planning the ride!)
I'm planning on riding with RMCC on Saturday.

I'm riding in Ft. Collins with friends this morning for an easy ride.
Tomorrow I'll be hosting a ride from Wheat Ridge up to top of Lookout MTN. (if the road is clear) If the road is not clear, then we'll be doing a big loop around the Denver bikeways.

Rumor from Hypoxia's secret meteorologist is that the rain for Saturday is gonna get pushed back to Sunday and ruin Hypoxia's Century ride... but I guess we'll see. I've got my rain gear packed, and the fenders are still on.

I'm going to head to the Velogear warehouse sale at 10, then head out from there, so I'm looking at a noon-ish start time. I think I'm gonna ride rain or shine; I need the miles. The sale is up north, Foothills Pkwy and 36, so driving south of downtown to ride ain't gonna happen. How about Leaving from Morrison South on C470 to Chatfield Res, up Deer Creek Canyon then North Turkey Creek to Evergreen and back down into Morrison. That's 45ish, and some good climbing with a downhill --and margaritas!-- finish....

yeah but you cheated, going to google and pasting in a link. I had to go find it in my email, save the image, upload it to flickr, then grab the link. I think I was pretty speedy

Have a great ride!!

well I'm (terminally) behind on a side gig, which not only shortens my ride options tomorrow, it also makes the whole velogear thing a maybe, too. Ugh. sorry kids, if I ride tomorrow, it'll be the 30mi house-Cherry Creek Res loop for me....
