Some time when we're all flush, we should do a couple of jaunts over to Hill Country and Rub, in Chelsea. Hill Country's expensive, but I think their brisket is better than Dinosaur's. Haven't tried Rub yet.

Get the burnt ends at RUB. mmmm....fat....

I believe a scientific investigation is in order.

Y'know, there's some good bbq and jerk spots in Bklyn. About perfect distance for an eat and ride. Just sayin'.

Mmmm...Hill Country. Great pork ribs. I'm going to try an make the next ride, my arm is feeling better. I'll know for sure this weekend when I get back on the bike.

I usually do Hill Country before Ranger games.
Best ribs I've ever eaten.
They charge by the pound and punch your ticket like they do in Katz's Deli.
Katz's pastrami.....mmmmmm. I'm salivating. :)

Friday is the Times-Up ride through Central Park though and it looks like really nice weather - should we just plan for that instead? Seems like more people would be free too...
