UGH! I'm teetering myself- I've got to be in Chicago until late Saturday and wouldn't be able to come out for the social ride at any rate. And, I've got this reactive airway thing (like asthma) going on from this virus I've had for the past two weeks- between being sick and being away for a meeting, I've not been on the bike for almost a month. This after doing a metric a week for the month before that.

Really pisses me off, because I really want to meet you all and was looking forward to the social ride. Sooo, I'm still gonna try, but will have to come in early Sunday AM if I can make it. I've got my fingies crossed.

All of the sudden, the "Saturday Social Ride" takes on a whole new scary meaning!

So then we're all driving up to New England to have ice cream at your place after the ride, right?

Any chance you can slip him a few Benadryl and have the kids keep pumping him up on it for 48 hours or so, so that he will sleep through your little road trip?

I volunteer to bring some Woolite, & my portable clothes line so you don't have to ride stinky. Especially if you happen to be in front of me

Don't confuse ownership with possession, my son. Of course I'd have to wear that itty bitty little sleeveless number on my head like a hat, only place it might fit.

Either of the Fat Cyclist jerseys. Orange and black:

Or pink and black:

By the way, the rather flamboyant fellow in the second photo is riding too. Neil Fein and I are the Neils on Wheels Bike Touring Team.

Unfortunately no. I think it was just a group buy and the exact number was ordered. I am sure you could order one from the supplier if whomever was in charge still has the graphics on file. But buying just one would be more expensive.
