this could be taking it down to the wire. feeling much better now but still a bit phlemmy. drank a ton of ginger warmed up with honey and lemon juice. planning on a whole bulb of garlic cooked with cabbage for dinner. currently licking mixture of honey and turmeric off a spoon. nasty.
