I have been doing a Spinnervals dvd and this a couple times a week. The videos are not quite as motivating as working to not get dropped in real life but they are better than just staring at a stupid timer. And the Sufferfest one plays porn music..... so there's that.

i'm thinking of joining a bike club not because i want to ride with a group every weekend but so i can turn up now and again when i fancy riding with others for a challenge. other times i will do my own thing which is how i like it. do you think people in a club would think i am weird if i do not join them regularly as a matter of course?

i think it is the case for people who are normal or overweight rather than obese that losing weight takes effort rather than simply changing what you eat. when i was fatter, i made no effort and it just dropped off. then it slowed then stopped. enduring hunger is the way forward i think.

I'm trying to get excited about the threshold test I'm doing in an hour or two. It's not working.

If that's the case he/she isn't a very good one.

I started tailoring a spreadsheet last night, but I'm not done yet. I need a Certified Excel Specialist on my staff.

What's the best way to receive Internet payments? I have a hunch this spreadsheet can be a hot seller.

i forgot the no shwag embargo. I just broke that. I just ordered a 12-27 105 5700 cassette. I knew I needed it after a couple of hilly rides but they were so seldom I didn't bother getting the cassette. then i realised that on 4th January with the VAT increase this might be a moment when the retailers use it as an excuse to jack up their prices. i'm not risking it.

Headed out for my first cycling action of 2011. Riding to the office. How exotic.

You have to pay to go on the ride? Why not just go out there and do it yourself

Also I am up 10-12lbs since sept. of course proportionally that would be about the same as 7 on you.
