British one or American one?

Another fun hour on the trainer this evening. Warmup then 1x30 min tempo (215-257 watts), interval avg 244 watts, 150 bpm. After that was a mind numbing 15 minute cool down. I thought it would be a much easier workout than it was. I don't know if I am just tired or if I plain ole suck.

Ya, dunno if I can bring myself to watch the American one anytime soon. The Frank Oz one was a fun flick. Much hilarity to be had. Has the pilot of the Serenity in there, for all you Firefly fans. Although his part ain't that great, IMO.

What can I say, I'm pretty easy going about most things but have to draw the line somewhere.
