I have really enjoyed the youth movement around here in the last year. The out of college but not over 35 crowd used to be pretty lacking.

Agreed.. I'm still pretty new (first ride over 10 miles). I consider myself pretty cautious considering the types of activities I engage in but today was a mix between carelessness and a race against the setting sun.

I don't think I have shoes from 84, but I have clothes that old.

I have a suit that is older than me, from the late 60s. It's still wearable.

Sufferfest are avi files. All you need is a computer. You can play them on an iPad or phone but that sort of defeats the purpose.

Lights. At a minimum, a flashing headlight, flashing taillight, and some reflector tape.
