Dried maize soaked in lye to get the shell off (or something like that). It comes in cans in the form of big soft kernels, kinda squeaky.

100 HR avg 120 max... That is some extreme recovery.

I try to turn off the gps for the trainer rides, but everytime you turn it off and on it resets to "on". Is there a way to make it stay off till I switch it back? (on the 500)

I figured it's better to get on the go speed data without worrying about reception from a satellite, and they were fairly inexpensive. More direct and accurate too.
