From his bike, I can tell Coasting is about 44 years old. He has a titanium bike, so he is at least 40. But it's not set up like an old man cruiser with bars/saddle even, so he isn't as old as pcad yet.

Got this in an e-mail. wut

OK so I hit the pool and swam a mile. I did it at a fairly sustainable rate (RPE 6 or 7). No warmup, just jumped in and swam. I stopped for 10 seconds at the 1/2 mile mark just to check my split time.

Results: 1/2 mile 19 minutes even....1 mile 39 minutes even.

This was my first time swimming in a couple of years.

Any thoughts?

The Cox man woke me up, but he is here so that is a good thing. I will be able to see what half the stuff people are chatting about is, delete my emails entire pages at a time, and have a functioning dvr. He did have the nerve to ask me if I could see now after I put my spectacles on, I must have given him a nasty look, he stopped talking. This look could be why I'm single.

That's the best weather ever. We had about a week straight of serious rain with at least a 1/4" sheet of water on all roads at all times. Then a couple days of blinding sun, but now we're back to fog and light mist and roads that are damp but not wet.

Here I thought Makel had a thing for the cable guy.

We got some snow flurries mixed in now. That's much better.
