coasting could be 18 or 80, it remains unclear whether he is an actual human or simply an internet entity with odd slippers.

From his bike, I can tell Coasting is about 44 years old. He has a titanium bike, so he is at least 40. But it's not set up like an old man cruiser with bars/saddle even, so he isn't as old as pcad yet.

I was lucky. My brother and I were able to switch off the pair of shoes every other day. But the leather strap on the palms was a real thing in Penicuik.
Is the one for the U.S. better news?
I'm typically out for volleyball 7-8 to 10-11. It can't be then.

Cycling friends:
I was in a meeting with Oak Ridge City Manager Mark Watson yesterday. After the meeting he asked me to warn the cycling community that there have been a number of thefts of sewer grates in and around the city recently. He said that the problem is particularly bad in the Rarity Ridge area on the west end of the city. Believe it or not, thieves take the heavy grates and put them in junker cars. When they take the cars to scrap yards, they are weighed and the thieves get a larger profit because of the added weight of the grates. Mr. Watson told me that the city is looking at mitigating the theft problem by means that might include welding the grates in place. In the meantime, please spread the word to others who should be aware of the hazard created by missing grates.

My epic Wednesday ride is indeed off due to snow, so I am going to be a tri-dork wannabe today...hitting the Y to swim a mile and then some treadmill action...unless the "boss" vetoes the plan, it turns out the schools are closed today and she works for the local high school.
Results: 1/2 mile 19 minutes even....1 mile 39 minutes even.
This was my first time swimming in a couple of years.
Any thoughts?

That seems fast, datlas. Good job.
I like the brown suits with yellow shirts that the accompanists are wearing. Where can I get that stylish look?
You want to know what else is dumb? This light rain we've been having for the last 24 hours. It's just enough to keep the roads wet. Does this look like Seattle?

The Cox man woke me up, but he is here so that is a good thing. I will be able to see what half the stuff people are chatting about is, delete my emails entire pages at a time, and have a functioning dvr. He did have the nerve to ask me if I could see now after I put my spectacles on, I must have given him a nasty look, he stopped talking. This look could be why I'm single.
@ coasting, I'm confused, I thought mz was a pun on ms, but am I correct in assuming from your previous comment that mz is a dude?

That's the best weather ever. We had about a week straight of serious rain with at least a 1/4" sheet of water on all roads at all times. Then a couple days of blinding sun, but now we're back to fog and light mist and roads that are damp but not wet.
