You need a fem to massage that for you.

Who knows what might materialize after that.

For over 40? Fat chance. Right now, it's 30 with a wind chill of 14. I'm going running. In shorts. HTFU.

Oh dear.

For those of you keeping score at home, it's 25F here, and I'm staying indoors.

I tested the Achilles stretching theory and did some intervals. It was a chilly 68F in the basement

Rest day, no rollers or trainer today. Have some family issues going on that take priority. As of today my brother and dad have pretty much disowned each other. It really sucks but they are both adults (brother is 45, dad is 73) so it is up to them to handle it.

4.3 miles. Wasn't so bad. Actually pretty damn cold for the first 2 miles since I hadn't warmed up and was going into the head/cross-head wind. Last two miles or so were fairly pleasant though. Tights would have helped, since I had to HTFU and do some tempo speed to keep the temperature up.

On the positive side, just think of all the extra calories my body burned while staving off hypothermia. I'll be skinny in no time.

You carried that on your run? It's almost as big as you are.
