elliptical trainer for me 1hr 15 min. that's when my second foot went numb. I just could not do the trainer again tonight.

Rest day, no rollers or trainer today. Have some family issues going on that take priority. As of today my brother and dad have pretty much disowned each other. It really sucks but they are both adults (brother is 45, dad is 73) so it is up to them to handle it.
